Altar Server Training

Newcomers welcome!

Serving at the altar during Mass is a great way to serve the Lord. It is a special honor and a special responsibility. It requires training.

On the evening of Thursday, December 1, from 6:30-7:45 p.m., Fr. Umberg (our new pastor) accompanied by Mr. Phil Reichle (long-time St. Clare parishioner who has graciously volunteered to be the new coordinator of Altar Servers) will hold a retraining session for present altar servers and a training session for new altar servers.

Any Catholic, male or female from ages 10-110, is welcome to train to be an altar server!

Current altar servers, please come and learn the small changes in our procedures.

Pizza will be provided in the undercroft at 6 p.m. Please RSVP whether or not you will be able to attend this training.

Please call or email Darin and be sure tell him if you will be able to eat pizza at 6, so we order enough food.
